Day 22

 Task: Make a Raft and Float it Downstream
What I Did:

I collected sticks that were the same size,

I bound one side twice with wool,

 Then the other,

 Then I glued lollypop sticks on one side,

 and on the other side,

 Then I put a stick in the middle, wrapped around the lollypop

sticks and the stick,

Then I put a leaf sail on the stick and put it on the water.

 But then, the wind started pushing it upstream, instead of down.

I got to keep my raft.

Day 22: 

 Success!

Day 21

Task: See Things From a Different Perspective
What I Did:
I went into the meadow to see if I could see things from below, instead of above.

 I found out,

 And so did Noah!

Task: Explore a Meadow
What I Did:
We found a beautiful country-meadow in North Yorkshire, in the Yorkshire Dales.

We ran down it,

 And we played with wild flowers!

Day 19

Task: Spotlight Wild Ponds
What I Did:
I went to the pond at Heeley City Farm to look at wildlife.

 We found some frogs,

Then we went to the other side.

Two weeks ago we saw froglets,

But they must have all grown up by now...

Day 18

Task: Watch a Wild Webcam
What I Did:
I look online at creatures and I was shocked at how amazing they were.

  A Kestrel in Dorset,

Barn Owl Chicks in Essex

Kittiwake and Chicks (and egg!) in Newcastle-Gateshead Quayside,

 And Greater Horseshoe Bats in Devon.

Day 18:

 Success!

Day 17

Task: Take Some Time to Sniff a Flower
What I Did:
I went around the block to smell some wild flowers.

Mine smelled nice,

 Noah's smelled nice,

 (including the "honey-scented" dandelion),

 And ours smelled nice.
